After Milan, Carnissage has chosen Poltu Quatu for its second opening. Overlooking the marina and just steps from the W Sardinia, the restaurant offers meats selected from the world's finest farms — some sourced from the Uzzauto family's own exclusive estates — alongside a summer menu inspired by the Mediterranean, with fish crudo, seafood pasta, Josper-grilled shellfish and crispy Sardinian suckling pig. The experience carries guests from dinner into the late evening, with an entertainment programme that alternates resident DJs and live piano bar
Open for dinner only.
Founded by entrepreneur Martino Uzzauto, Carnissage was born in Milan as a concept devoted to exceptional meat, selected from the world's finest farms — a project that brings together fine dining, design, art and entertainment.
Following the success of its first Milanese opening, Carnissage arrives in Poltu Quatu with a restaurant overlooking the marina, in the heart of Northern Sardinia. Alongside the signature dishes dedicated to meat, the summer menu celebrates the Mediterranean with a selection of fish crudo, seafood pasta, Josper-grilled shellfish and crispy Sardinian suckling pig, reinterpreted in true Carnissage style.
Elegant and contemporary, the setting echoes the architecture of Sardinia through exposed wooden beams, natural stone, authentic materials and details drawn from the Mediterranean landscape, creating a refined atmosphere in perfect harmony with the surroundings of Poltu Quatu.
The experience continues from dinner into the late evening, with an entertainment programme designed to accompany every moment of the night. Each evening a resident DJ sets the restaurant's soundtrack; from late July, the live piano bar takes over, with a resident pianist of established experience offering live performances in an elegant and captivating atmosphere. Carnissage Poltu Quatu is open for dinner only.
